TERMS OF USE
Welcome to the Voom
by Joy Han (“Voom”) websites, including
www.voombyjoyhan.com and www.voomonline.com (individually and collectively, the
"Sites"). Please review the following basic terms that govern your
use of and purchase of products from the Sites.
THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT
(the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of the Sites constitutes
your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
Disclaimer
Voom provides the materials on the Sites "as
is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including
without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property.
By your use of the SiteS, you acknowledge
that your use is at your sole risk and that you assume full responsibility for
all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment
you use in connection with your use of the Sites. You further acknowledge that
Voom shall not be liable for any damages or any kind related to your use of the
Sites.
The Sites may contain links to other
websites that are not under the control of Voom. Voom has no responsibility for the linked websites nor does
it necessarily endorse the linked websites. Voom
provides the links solely for the convenience and information of users of the
Sites.
The contents of the Sites, and the Sites as
a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the
purchase of merchandise from the Sites) use by the users of the Sites.
You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create
derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any
way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of the Sites, without our express
prior written consent.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Voom harmless from and against any and all claims, damages,
costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your
use of the Sites.
Security
The security of your personal information
is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit
card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information
using secure socket layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission
over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure,
however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means
to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute
security.
Inaccuracies
From
time to time there may be information on the Sites that contains typographical
errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions,
pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors,
inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time
without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Sales Policy
Upon checkout, your order request is sent to Voom to
verify stock availability. YOUR CARD HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED YET. You will receive
an email regarding, the status of your order request. Your card will only be
charged upon confirmation of your order. We may, at our own discretion, limit
or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We may
also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We process our online orders Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12pm Pacific Time will
be processed the next business day. Please be advised that once an order
is placed, you will be unable to make changes to the order online.
We collect a sales tax on all orders
shipped to a California
address. We do not collect sales tax on orders being shipped to other
locations.
We try to keep the Sites as up to date as
possible. However, if an item that you have ordered is not available for
purchase we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.
We are happy to take your order via e-mail
or via fax. For retail purchases, e-mails should be sent to
voomgroupinc@yahoo.com. Wholesale inquiries should be sent to
sales@voombyjoyhan.com. Fax inquiries may be sent to 213-627-8855 during
regular business hours. Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am
- 5:30pm Pacific Time. Please do not place an order by regular phone, as
we will not be able to process it without a written request. After we
receive your written request, we will confirm that the items requested are in
stock. We will then confirm with you your billing address and payment
details.
Shipping
When an order is placed, it is generally
shipped within 2-3 business days. We reserve the right to refuse to ship
to any address that is not the billing address for the credit card used for
payment.
Occasionally, we may have a delay in which
case we will attempt to contact you. We require a signature on all
package deliveries. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address
where someone will be available to sign for the package. We are unable to
ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy
At Voom, we’re
happy when you’re happy. If something isn't right, let us know. On full
price merchandise, we gladly accept returns of unaltered, unwashed and unworn
items in their original condition, with hang tags attached, within 5 days of
your receipt of your order. We'll send you another color, a new size, an
entirely different style, or issue a credit for you at www.voomonline.com.
Shipping charges on all returns and
exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the
return/exchange is the result of merchandise originally shipped in error or if
the item was defective.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
ON JEWELRY, UNDERGARMENTS OR SALE
ITEMS.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost
and uninsured packages without proof of delivery.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of California,
without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under
this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of
the State of California, in the County of Los Angeles.
Termination or Changes to this Policy
We may from time to time change the terms
that govern your use of the Sites. Your use of the Sites following any such
change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as
changed.
These terms of use are effective until
terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these terms at any time by
discontinuing use of the Sites and sending us an e-mail notifying us of such
termination, at voomgroupinc@yahoo.com.
We may immediately terminate these terms of
use with respect to you as well as your access to the Sites without cause and
without notice to you in our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease
use of the Sites.
